My mother's maiden name is Maretta Lois Embree (b. 1926 in Summerland, BC, living in Vancouver, BC)
Her father was John Jory Embree (b. 1890 in Bickleton, WA, d. 1973 in Summerland, BC)
I believe John's mother's maiden name was Henrietta Jory. Henrietta married a Mr. Sanders, had several children, and then married Mr. Embree after Mr. Sanders died.
Can you point me to Henrietta's ancestors ?

My great grandmother was Sarah Tomas/ Dencer /Jory. Would love to contact the Jory family in Salem. I have maps that outline the whole area back to 1878.

My parents were George & Irene Beldin. My fathers grand mother was a Jory. She and her husband is buried in a family plot in Marysville CA. My parents use to come to the gatherings in salem alot before they passed away.
